Executive training that reshapes how leaders think, decide and perform

ExecPathway Programs delivers bespoke executive training for directors, vice presidents and C-suite leaders across the United Kingdom and Ireland. We do not sell packaged courses. Every engagement begins with a diagnostic conversation and ends with measurable shifts in leadership behaviour, strategic clarity and organisational impact.

Our approach draws on behavioural science, real-time business challenges and peer accountability — not lecture halls and slide decks. If you are searching for a programme that genuinely changes how you lead, read on.

How investment works — no packages, no guesswork

We price by engagement depth, not by ticking boxes on a menu. Here is the logic behind our fees so you can assess value before our first conversation.

Individual executive development

£1,800 – £4,200 per month

Depends on session frequency (typically fortnightly or weekly), whether filmed practice is included, and the complexity of the leadership challenge. Most individual engagements run for three to six months. A shorter intensive sprint of four weeks is available at a flat rate agreed during scoping.

Executive team alignment

£9,500 – £22,000 per engagement

Covers diagnostic interviews with each team member, a facilitated offsite (one or two days), and four to eight weeks of follow-up sessions. The range depends on team size and whether we co-design a longer integration track. Travel within the UK and Ireland is included.

Advisory retainer

£2,600 per quarter

Structured access to a senior facilitator for up to six hours per month. Sessions are scheduled around your decision calendar — board prep, investor meetings, restructuring milestones. Retainers renew quarterly with no lock-in beyond the current quarter.

Change leadership immersion

Scoped individually

Because change programmes vary enormously in scale, we scope these after a 90-minute diagnostic call. Recent engagements have ranged from £14,000 for a focused six-week sprint to £48,000 for a twelve-month transformation programme involving multiple leadership cohorts.

"After fifteen years in senior roles I thought I knew how I led. ExecPathway showed me the gap between my intention and my actual impact — and gave me tools to close it."
— H. Brennan, VP Operations, manufacturing sector
"The team alignment work was uncomfortable at first, but it unlocked conversations we had been avoiding for two years. Our board meetings are genuinely productive now."
— T. Achebe, CEO, health-tech start-up
"No slides, no jargon, no wasted time. Just direct, intelligent challenge that made me a better decision-maker."
— L. Kavanagh, Non-executive director

Your journey with us

Diagnostic conversation

A 60-minute call where we explore your leadership context, organisational pressures and what success looks like. No sales pitch — this is a genuine assessment of fit for both sides.

Scoping and proposal

We design a tailored engagement based on what the diagnostic reveals. You receive a clear proposal with objectives, timeline, methods and investment — typically within five working days.

Immersive work

Sessions, facilitation, advisory or coaching — delivered in the format that fits your schedule. We work in your environment wherever possible, not in a training centre.

Reflection and measurement

At agreed checkpoints we review progress against the original objectives. We use 360-degree feedback, behavioural markers and your own assessment to gauge real change.

Transition or continuation

When the engagement concludes, we provide a transition brief. Many leaders continue with a lighter advisory retainer. There is never pressure to extend.

Capability map — what we develop

Strategic decision-making

Moving from reactive problem-solving to proactive strategic judgement. We work with frameworks drawn from behavioural economics and scenario planning to sharpen how you evaluate options under uncertainty.

Executive presence and influence

How you communicate in high-stakes moments — board presentations, investor conversations, media appearances. We use filmed practice and structured feedback, not generic public speaking tips.

Leading through change

Building the emotional resilience, communication cadence and stakeholder management skills required to lead organisations through restructuring, merger integration or rapid scaling.

Team dynamics and alignment

Diagnosing dysfunction in executive teams and facilitating the difficult conversations that restore trust, clarity and shared direction. We work with the real issues, not hypothetical case studies.

Transition leadership

Supporting leaders moving into significantly larger or more complex roles — from functional head to general management, from domestic to international, from executive to non-executive.

Stakeholder and board navigation

Understanding the political landscape of boards, investors and regulators. Building the judgement to know when to push, when to listen and when to build coalitions quietly.

Our method — how we work differently

Challenge over comfort

We are not in the affirmation business. Our facilitators are experienced enough to ask the questions your colleagues will not. Every session is designed to surface blind spots and test assumptions, not to confirm what you already believe.

Real work, not simulations

We use your actual strategic challenges as the raw material for development. If you are preparing for a board presentation, we work on that presentation. If you are navigating a difficult stakeholder relationship, we role-play that conversation with honest feedback.

Behavioural science foundations

Our approach is grounded in research on cognitive bias, decision architecture and habit formation. We translate academic evidence into practical tools that change how you think and act under pressure — not just during sessions, but in the months and years that follow.

Confidentiality as a non-negotiable

Everything discussed in our sessions stays there. We do not report to HR, we do not share feedback with sponsors without your explicit consent, and we do not use your stories in marketing without permission. Trust is the foundation of the work.

Readiness indicators

Executive training works best when the timing is right. These are signals that suggest you are ready for the kind of work we do:

  • You have received feedback — formal or informal — that your leadership style needs to evolve
  • You are stepping into a role with materially greater complexity or visibility
  • Your executive team is underperforming relative to the talent in the room
  • You are navigating a period of organisational change and need a confidential thinking partner
  • You are willing to invest time and energy, not just budget, in your own development
